- Play must take place on an Edition 2, 3, 4, 8 ,9 or 10 Cubiko board.

- At least 4 players have to meet in order for the event to qualify for the World Ranking of Cubiko.

- Advance notification of the event must be given.

- 4 players use one board. 5-8 players use two boards. 8-12 players use 3 boards....etc.

- The tournament organizer must decide how many points are required to win a game. This must be between 5 and 10 points.

- Play at least 2 rounds.                                                                                                                                              

E.g.2nd round structure (8 players). The best 4 players in the first round must play each other. The worst 4 players play each other.

- In a national championship play 3 rounds.

- The results and scores must be reported within 7 days of the event. 

Points:

4 player game: 1st = 6 pts, 2nd = 3pts, 3rd = 2pts and 4th = 1 pt.

3 player game: 1st = 4 pts, 2nd = 3pts and 3rd = 2pt.

2 player games do not score any points.

- Cannes (Festival of Games that it celebrates the last weekend of February)

- Bilbao (July)

- London (TBC)

- Birmingham (June)

- Essen (October)
